Connect your agentOne connector, one approval.

Before you start

Vanthis works through your own agent, the Claude, Codex or ChatGPT you already use. Vanthis holds your Motions and records the work your agent does on them, so this connection is the only setup you need.

You need a Vanthis account with access to a Workspace. During the beta, accounts are created from an invitation.

Add the connector

Every agent uses the same server address:

Claude and Claude Desktop. Open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector named Vanthis with the address above. In a Claude Team or Enterprise organization, an Owner adds the connector first, then each member connects their own Vanthis account.

Claude Code. Add the server for your user, then open /mcp in Claude Code to sign in:

Codex. Add the server and sign in with the Vanthis permissions:

ChatGPT. Open Settings, choose Apps, add Vanthis with the address above and sign in. Custom apps depend on your ChatGPT workspace and plan.

Approve once

Sign in with your Vanthis account and approve the displayed permissions once. They stay in place for later chats, so you won't be asked again each time.

Your Workspace role still decides what you can do, and your agent may ask its own confirmation before it uses a tool. If your agent finds no Workspace, it names the account you signed in with: reconnect with your team's account, or ask an Owner or Admin to invite it.

Start working

Ask your agent to open Vanthis. It offers to create, edit, browse or run a Motion. The Start page in Vanthis shows which agent last reached your Workspace and when.

These requests work in any connected agent:

• "Show me my Vanthis Motions."
• "Open our lead handoff Motion and walk me through the next step."
• "Turn how we qualify inbound leads into a Vanthis Motion: research the company, score it against our ICP, then hand it to sales."
• "Record what we just did on this step in Vanthis."
• "Which steps of this Motion are missing an owner or an instruction?"

Your agent drafts every change to a Motion as a proposal. You review and apply it in Vanthis under Vorschläge.

Privacy and support

Vanthis receives only what your agent sends in a request, never your whole conversation. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to request deletion. For help with the connection, write to hello@vanthis.com.

After an update

You don't need to reconnect after a Vanthis update. Fixes take effect right away, and new tools appear in your next new chat.
