Who sees what

Every member of a Workspace sees all its Motions, so the team works from the same version of each workflow. Roles decide who can change what: Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer. Owners and Admins invite people under Einstellungen, then Mitglieder.

The views of a Motion

• Canvas: the workflow as steps and connections. Edit it with the toolbar at the bottom, and open a step to read and change its details, instructions and history.
• Schritte: every step in a table with what its runs recorded. The panel beside it edits the step and shows its runs, Erkenntnisse, problems and comments.
• Skills: the agent steps with the method each one follows. Edit a method in Markdown or export it as SKILL.md.
• Vorschläge: open proposals, shown on the Canvas.
• Versionen: saved versions, decided proposals and run reports.

Decide a proposal

A proposal is a change nobody has accepted yet. Under Vorschläge, the steps it touches carry a small corner mark, so you see at once what would change.

You can reword each change or leave it out, then take all of them, take only the ones you selected, or discard the proposal. Each applied proposal becomes a new version of the Motion.

Changes from chat

You can also ask your agent to change a Motion. Its change waits under Vorschläge like any other. No agent can apply a proposal; a person in your Workspace decides.

Working at the same time

Edits save themselves. When two people save the same Motion at once, the save status names the conflict and how to resolve it, so nothing is overwritten silently.
